All You need to know about Sululu as a leader, What he has done as the TUMSA Academic Secretary and What he's about to do as TUMSA Chairman 2020

Harry Sululu is a student leader at the Technical University of Mombasa, he's currently the Academic secretary in the Revolutional Government commonly know as (R-8 Govt). He's the aspiring 2020 TUMSA president aligned with Hailestom Salasia.
As the Academic Secretary in the current Executive, Sululu has been able to deliver to Comrades as much as he can. Today we're going to look at his success while on the Academic Secretary position at the moment.
Here is the list of what he tried as much as he can to meet the expectations of the comrades.
1. County Government Bursaries
As the Academic secretary, he was able to alligne with the Tudor ward MCA. HON. TOBIAS SAMBA OTIENO to make sure that a number of Technical University of Mombasa Students benefit from the County Government of Mombasa Bursaries. A total number of 25 students who applied the bursaries were given ksh 10,000 each. This saw most of them having a reduced burden of School fees.
2. Revision of the Students Handbook.
When. Harry Sululu entered the office, the senate of the University had introduced most of the tough rules and regulations in the students handbook that could not favour the students life in the Campus. He tried his best to revise the handbook and made sure some rules which were harsh are cut-off from the handbook. This has enabled students to have a smooth life in the great Technical University of Mombasa.
3. Partnership of the Union with National Bank of Kenya.
He wrote to the Board of The National Bank of Kenya requesting for partnership with the union which could enable student to have their internships at the National Bank. The partnership also created job opportunities to some of the students who have gone through their internships at the National Bank.
This was a great idea and great movement since most of the attached student have been able to benefit and now they can confess how the fruits of the partnership are so sweet than what was expected.
4. Introduced the Log books in the portal.
As we speak, the Academic secretary wrote to the Registrar A. A and the Vice Chancellor to introduce a site of logbooks download in the portal. This will effectively work as from the next academic year. The time wasted on the ques for the collection of logbooks by the comrades is a long gone story. Students shall be able to download their log books from their portal, print then and bind. Previously, we've been making ques at the Dean's office so that we can be issued with the logbooks. This is now a story of the past.
5. Specials and Supplementary Exams.
Before Sululu entered the government, Technical University of Mombasa Students were doing their specials and Supplementary EXAMINATIONS on July. The habit has now been dumped in the books of history. Special and Supplementary exams can now be done at every end of the semester. Thanks to Sululu since this has reduced failures and promoted motivation to our able comrades.
